Jenn Shreve is a writer and creative consultant who's helped shape the online presence of some of today's most memorable brands, including Google, WaMu, Old Navy, and Blurb. Her essays and articles on technology and culture have appeared in I.D., ReadyMade, Salon, Slate, and Wired, as well as several anthologies.  She has published short stories in Seed and Adbusters, and is the author of two books and one planner. She lives in Brooklyn.
